• Heat Recruitment has appointed former REED group managing director Martin Delahoyde as recruitment director in Manchester. Delahoyde will work across all five of the agency’s divisions focusing on internal processes and accelerating its growth plans for this year. He has over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry, having started his professional career within the financial services sector before moving into recruitment.

• Hortor, a global resourcing and managed service consultancy, has appointed Laura Jenkins as head of finance. Jenkins was previously management accountant at Link Group. She will be responsible for supporting the financial director, managing the assistant management accountant, developing processing, and implementing change to systems and processes.

• IT, digital and change management recruitment specialist iSource Group has appointed Charles Coultas as software recruitment consultant in Leeds. Coultas, who returns to working at the recruiter, will be responsible for iSource’s software recruitment desk.

• Mediaworks, one of the UK and Ireland’s largest independent digital marketing agencies, has bolstered its senior team with the appointment of a new group people director. Samantha Link joins the award-winning agency having held senior-level HR positions at fellow tech and digital businesses, including global software giant Sage and Future50 leaders Nomad Digital. Mediaworks has doubled its headcount to nearly 200 staff in the last two years and is aiming to double it again over the next 24 months.
