Odgers Berndtson launches inclusion & diversity consultancy

Global executive search firm Odgers Berndtson firm has launched an inclusion & diversity consultancy as part of its ongoing mission to help its clients become demonstrably more inclusive.

An Odgers Berndtson statement said: “The consultancy will be evidence-based, provide smart yet simple frameworks and methodologies, be conscious of context, and will be delivered by qualified I&D practitioners. It will offer a full suite of I&D services, comprising advisory services, workplace analytics and I&D training.”

As part of the advisory services, Odgers Berndtson’s clients will have access to support depending on their specific requirements. This includes strategy workshops, executive coaching, governance models and key performance indicators, and accountability frameworks. The workplace analytics will involve mapping the flow of talent, identifying recruitment and performance management biases, defining an organisation’s bespoke business case for I&D, and assessing an organisation’s I&D ‘maturity’.

The consultancy will launch off the back of the company’s Unlimited festival – a two-week global celebration of Odgers Berndtson’s culture, philosophy, and commitment to I&D.
