APPOINTMENTS: 22-26 NOVEMBER 2021

• Recruiter Bis Henderson Group has appointed Adrian Fawcett as chairman. Fawcett will join the board of directors to help the business accelerate through the next phase of its growth. He is also currently chairman of Park Holidays UK. His early career was spent at Bass Brewing, where he helped build and sell the business.

• Executive search firm Forsyth Barnes has appointed Karl Ramsaran as head of fintech – permanent in its London office. Ramsaran joins from VMAGROUP and has more than 13 years’ recruitment experience. His primary focus will be to partner with Fintech organisations who are looking for solutions to scale, through hiring highly sought after professionals across global markets within the fintech and payments industry.

Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Tracey Heaton as its new chief legal officer and corporate secretary. Heaton was previously senior vice president, chief corporate counsel for Visa, where she advised the company on commercial transactions and corporate areas.

• Global executive search firm Leathwaite has appointed Lisa Zonino to its North America team. Zonino will be responsible for strengthening the company’s financial services talent offering, advising clients on talent strategy, executive search and talent assessment. She joins from Egon Zehnder, where she advised risk, compliance, HR and finance leaders on all aspects of the talent landscape.

• Care provider Promedica24 has appointed Michael Browne as head of franchise development. Browne was previously head of franchise and licensing at Aces Holdings. The company has expanded its UK workforce, and streamlined recruitment and onboarding processes, and supporting staff with their wellbeing and professional development.

• IT recruitment agency VIQU has promoted Gerard Ellis from recruitment consultant to senior recruitment consultant. Ellis joined in July 2020 after he had retired from professional rugby.
