CONTRACTS & DEALS: 26-30 JULY 2021

• Financial services change management consultancy Bishopsgate Financial has been acquired by global change and transformation consultancy CubeMatch. The move will “create one of the UK’s largest independent financial services change management consultancies, with major global financial institutions as its client base”. Bishopsgate says its existing financial management team will remain in place, and assignments with existing clients will continue uninterrupted.

eQuality Solutions Group (eQS) has acquired diversity & inclusion consultancy Equality Works Group (EW Group) in a seven figure deal. EW Group will add skills, products and services to eQS’s existing offering, which provides specialist EDI&MW equipment, software, training and mentoring in education, workplace and government sectors.

Permanent & Locum Hire (P&LH) has announced that it has been awarded a place on HSC’s International Recruitment Framework to supply Allied Healthcare Professionals (AHPs) candidates to five trusts in Northern Ireland.

• Recruitment platform WaveTrackR has announced a partnership with recruitment software provider Vincere. The partnership will enable recruiters to use WaveTrackR’s multi-posting platform from their Vincere account, saving them time and money, and attracting more talent, according to a WaveTrackR company statement.

Xpress Recruitment has partnered with the Association of Scottish Visitor Attractions (ASVA) to tackle current staff shortages, which have resulted from the Coronavirus pandemic and Brexit. Vacancies for ASVA members will now be promoted on Xpress’s job site. ASVA says the partnership “opens up exposure to a much wider marketplace, maximising opportunities for them to be filled by suitable candidates as quickly as possible”.
