Scotland’s Nine Twenty helps credit firm expand quickly

Scottish technical recruitment specialist Nine Twenty has supported the rapid expansion of Glasgow-headquartered Pastdue Credit Solutions.

Pastdue provides collection and reconnection services to market-leading companies in the energy, water, telecoms and financial sectors, as well as a number of other organisations, including government departments.

A Nine Twenty statement said that 110 new starts have been taken on at Pastdue in Q1 through recruitment, following an invitation to assessment of 177 applicants. Pastdue Credit Solutions employs 400 people, most of whom work from home.

The process established by Nine Twenty includes a weekly onsite recruitment presence, a digital ecommerce recruitment solution, a bespoke candidate management system, a telescreen assessment centre, and competency-based face-to-face interviews. These are delivered by NT Agile, one of Nine Twenty’s franchise businesses.
