Recruitment industry’s membership giants look at diversity in sector

How diverse is your recruitment business?

With little information available on the different backgrounds of people working within recruitment in the UK, the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) and the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) are collaborating on a project to better understand the sector’s diversity landscape.

Individuals and businesses have until 31 March to complete the relevant survey about what they see and experience currently in terms of diversity & inclusion in the recruitment community. “To be able to measure the impact of driving the D&I agenda, we need a clearer view of where the sector is starting from,” a statement about the project said.

No personal data will be collected in the surveys.

Members of both APSCo and REC should click on the respective links to participate. Click here to complete the corporate survey and if you are an individual member, click here.
