MCG Group goes international in South Africa

The MCG Group has launched its first international office.

Operating in South Africa from Umhlanga, Durban North (pictured), the MCG Group has appointed Brett Duncan as director and shareholder of that business. Duncan has his own recruitment business in South Africa and, according to a company statement, has been “instrumental” in working closely with the UK-based board to “ensure solid governance of the business on the ground”.

Marc Feder was hired as country manager to lead the business from start-up and to set up the new office.

Opening the South Africa office has brought an additional eight team members to MCG Group, with the company planning to grow that number to 12 by the end of March.

Formerly known as McGinley Group and rebranded at the end of last year, MCG Group operates in aerospace, construction, education, healthcare and technology.
