The Sterling Choice rewards employees’ with 30% profit share scheme

Peterborough-based recruitment agency The Sterling Choice has rolled out a 30% profit-share scheme for all company employees.

All employees now benefit from 30% of all post-tax profits being shared equally among every member of the business, including pro-rata payments for those that work part-time or have been with the business less than 12 months, the company has announced. The move reflects one of the company’s key values, ‘Shared Success’.

“The profit share drives a culture where the team are working towards the success of their peers as much as their own,” explained director and co-founder Lukas Vanterpool.

The agency focuses on recruiting in the food manufacturing, FMCG and engineering sectors.

The profit-share scheme will sit alongside an already competitive list of company benefits that includes up 50% commission, car allowance and further incentives for high achievers.
