REflex model gives lifestyle recruiters set-up support for success

Recruitment Entrepreneur has launched REflex, a new model for the recruitment business investment firm that helps recruiters to set up and run their own successful lifestyle businesses.

The new model, an alternative to the joint venture route geared towards rapid growth, was developed as the recruitment business investment firm spotted a gap in the market.

Recruitment Entrepreneur CEO Abid Hamid said: “There are so many talented recruiters who have the ambition to create something for themselves but who don’t necessarily want to scale or who doesn’t have the upfront capital investment. Previously, our model hasn’t suited lifestyle businesses.”

With REflex, Recruitment Entrepreneur will offer mentoring, back-office support, infrastructure and other benefits “without entering into an investment deal and giving away equity”, Hamid said.

A Recruitment Entrepreneur statement said that the offering provides the support needed to transition from being a high-billing recruiter to launch and running their own recruitment business.
