She joins from Deloitte, where she led the firm’s Human Capital Services M&A practice in London for 20 years. A company statement said: “During her tenure at Deloitte, [Folwell-Davies] developed a long-standing and trusted relationship with the founders of Twenty20 Capital advising on several of the investment firm’s transactions.”

Twenty20 Capital is a large specialist investment fund focused on the human capital services sector, with revenues under management of £1.5bn. Its portfolio includes Cordant Group, HCRG, HCL Workforce Solutions, Affinity Workforce Solutions, Allied Healthcare, Monarch Education, 360 Resourcing Solutions, Eurostaff, Staffgroup and Sugarman Group.
