A company statement said the move will allow the business to simplify its offering and streamline into five specialist sectors under the following company names:

• Aviation and aerospace with MCG International
• Primary and secondary healthcare with MCG Healthcare
• Construction recruitment & logistics with MCG Construction, plus acquired business First Choice Recruitment 
• Education sector with Simply Education
• Interactive, digital & immersive technology sectors with Creative Personnel

The 11-year-old group’s new name is intended to reflect its ‘people first’ ethos, the statement said: Making Candidates Great, Making Clients Great, Making Careers Great.
