Encore Personnel to roll out new CRM in October

Encore Personnel will launch its new customer relationship management (CRM) system for enrolling candidates in October, the company has announced.

The national recruitment company has 10 branches across the UK and a network of managed services sites. In a press statement Encore said it had “invested heavily” in the new CRM called Access, with “a massive projected time-saving benefit of up to 3,000 man-hours per year” anticipated with the new system.

The new software will support Encore’s consultants with the onboarding of new candidates, create a much swifter online registration process and “virtually removing the need for face-to-face form filling and manual documentation”, except for the requirement of providing a physical copy of ID, the company said. Another feature of the mobile and tablet-friendly system is a contract e-signing element.

“The pandemic has seen demand upon [our] food production and horticulture clients soar rapidly, meaning now more than ever the business must provide high-quality candidates in record time,” the statement said.
