• Fide Careers, a Leeds-based accountancy and finance recruitment company with a focus on mental health and wellbeing, has been launched by founder and recruitment expert Javed Bobat, alongside its charity sister company, as a result of the mental health crisis worsened by Covid-19. Fide Careers works with companies and finance teams after filling the job to offer enhanced levels of mental health and wellbeing support.

Bobat has also launched a community-interest company, funded by the revenues from Fide Careers – F=@#! Mental Health. The charity is a mental health and wellbeing hub specifically for the accountancy and finance sector. F=@#! Mental Health is a confidential, one-stop hub, providing everything from signposting, free wellbeing and mental health resources, workshops as well as subsidised mental health and workplace wellbeing solutions. Companies and employees can access the hub at any time, whether they are recruiting or not.
