Gravitas Recruitment recognised in Princess Royal Training Awards

Technology and insurance recruiter Gravitas Recruitment Group has been recognised for outstanding business learning in the 5th annual Princess Royal Training Awards.

One of just 43 companies to be honoured across the UK, Gravitas stood out for its Consultant Development training programme that reduced new employees’ time to first placement from eight months in 2014 to 1.53 months in 2019. Such a programme was required because the company, which previously has been recognised in Recruiter’s Investing in Talent Awards and Recruiter Awards, recruits on the basis of attitude.

HRH the Princess Royal, President of City & Guilds Group, recognises organisations whose training has delivered measurable business impact.
