Experienced driving recruiter Joanne Davies and industrial & commercial recruiter Joe Ebsworth have joined forces to launch logistics and warehousing perm staffing specialist J&J Recruitment Services.

Davies says the agency plans to stand out in the market by providing a “risk-free” recruitment process.

This includes a ‘free replacement service’, which means if a placement does not work out for whatever reason within the first six months, the agency will find the client a replacement free of charge.
