PRS latest recruiter to bring in four-day week

London-headquartered PRS is the latest recruitment agency to switch to a four-day working week.

Last April, Recruiter reported on Brighton-headquartered technology and financial specialist MRL Consulting Group, which announced it would be closed on a Friday – but with staff still receiving the same salaries and benefits.

PRS, which has offices in Manchester, Southampton, Birmingham and Glasgow, announced this morning that it is adopting a four-day week so as to give staff the chance to spend more time with friends and family.

As with MRL, all PRS employees still receive the same salaries and benefits as a five-day working week.
