What are the top employment concerns companies are raising with legal experts following the UK’s departure from the EU last Friday [31 January]?

Following a weekend in which the UK sealed its exit from the European Union, Recruiter has spoken to law firms to find out about some of the concerns that are top of mind among their clients. Some of the issues include the possible divergence from EU law, such as Agency Worker Regulations, and increased costs connected with recruiting talent from the EU.
