Family recruits for couple to manage luxury villa in Ibiza

A family is recruiting for a couple to manage a luxury villa (not the one pictured!) in Ibiza – and be paid £2k each a month for their trouble.

While the role, offered by Silver Swan Recruitment, comes with a range of responsibilities, the most important attributes the couple must have is the ability to work together as a team, as communication is of the utmost importance.

The couple will be able to choose whether they’d rather stay in their own private two-bedroom apartment just minutes from the villa, or whether they’d prefer to set up residence in the luxury villa itself and have access to all its facilities, including the large swimming pool, steam room and hot tub. Their accommodation will be provided by the family giving them the option of their monthly wage going into savings and leisure activities.

While the villa’s residents are home the couple will be expected to complete a range of tasks including supporting the family in hosting events for their esteemed guests, managing the family’s diary, and booking their appointments and social events. When the family are away, the couple will have time to take their own holidays, which often happens over the summer period, leaving them free time to explore Ibiza or even take an international break.

The successful pair will have previous hospitality experience, although the family is flexible as to where this experience has been gained, but they must have at least one full, clean driving licence between them – and a friendly demeanour is essential.
