Wren Kitchens to recruit 100 graduates in 2020 for IT Academy

Kitchen retailer Wren Kitchens has announced plans to recruit 100 new graduates into its Barton-upon-Humber tech team next year.

The announcement follows the graduation of its first eight employees, who have successfully passed its IT Academy programme.

The graduates were mentored on a 12-week intensive course in PHP and JavaScript Development. They will now start work on enterprise projects such as virtual reality, 3D CAD planner systems, plus web and mobile applications.

The IT Academy has opened new opportunities across other disciplines such as Android, iOS, DevOps, Front-End, C#, project management, business analytics, database administration and software testing alongside PHP and JavaScript, which will lead to full-time positions. Wren will be having five intakes of graduates throughout 2020, with positions still available across all disciplines.
