Allen-Horton’s team was victorious once more over the men in a challenge that saw the teams charged with creating, manufacturing and selling their own ranges of ice lollies.

While our Scarlett wasn’t captain this week, she once again showed excellent leadership capabilities in stepping in to sort out a calculation conundrum, which perplexed two of her team-mates.

And her efforts weren’t in vain, as it was the men’s team, who developed a rather phallic looking ice lolly, that once again faced the dreaded boardroom showdown with Lord Sugar.
