TUC class discrimination ban could create legal minefield

TUC plans to ban class discrimination in the workplace would be unworkable unless recruiters are given very clear guidance around the implementation of any new rules.
This morning, national trade union centre the TUC called for new legal measures to tackle class discrimination in the workplace, with the TUC calling on government to:
• Make discrimination on the basis of class unlawful, similar to race, gender and disability factors
