• Recruitment and talent acquisition provider Aspire welcomes Mat Law as a senior consultant in its specialist research, insight and data recruitment team.

• Financial and professional services recruiter Eames Consulting Group has promoted Samantha Seng to consultant from associate consultant in its compliance team in Singapore. Specialist digital recruiter Lyon Wong is promoted to senior consultant from consultant in Hong Kong.

• Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Lynn Bermann as a principal in its financial services practice in New York, Jill Blackburn as a principal in its healthcare and life sciences and financial officer practice in Chicago, and Melissa Oszustowicz as principal in its industrial practice in Minneapolis.

Margaret Richmond and Lynne Macdonald have joined Scottish recruiter HRC Recruitment’s accountancy and finance team as director and principal consultant respectively.

NHS Professionals, which supplies temporary staff to the NHS, has appointed Becky Rogerson as regional director for the south region.
