While Olivia and Oliver are the most popular baby names in England and Wales, according to latest official statistics, Recruiter asked some of our readers for their take on the most common names of recruitment consultants.

Chris and James topped the list for male consultants followed by Paul, Scott, Mark, Tom, David, Richard, Matt and Anthony.

For female consultants the vote was evenly split with Laura, Lucy, Emma, Victoria, Sophie, Sarah/Sara, Connie, Alex, Rebecca, Hannah, Georgia, Eva and Monika put forward.
