Is this the sweetest job of all time? We’re not taking the biscuit

Is pudding your favourite part of a meal? Then we have the perfect role for you.

The Mirror reports Pots & Co, the company behind a number of high-street chocolate brands, is seeking a taste-tester to trial out all of its new puddings.

The three-month vacancy, posted on LinkedIn, will pay (yes, you get paid too!) the lucky applicant £15-an-hour role to ‘work’ for the supplier, which manufactures puddings such as Salted Caramel & Chocolate Ganache for major UK supermarkets.

According to the job spec, the successful applicant "will ideally be someone who probably decides their pudding before their main, has a secret sweet treat stash hidden away at all times, and an eagerness to try all flavours of their range and give honest feedback.”

Applicants must tell Pots & Co what puddings mean to them by responding to the job ad on LinkedIn with the hashtag #sweetestjob.

Form an orderly queue… behind us, of course!
