Recruiters must swear they will mind their procedures before dismissal

Recruiters have been warned to go through the correct procedures when considering firing workers for swearing.

The warning follows reports in The New Zealand Herald about Rachel Ferrari, a barista at The Flying Bean coffee cart, whose banter with customers allegedly extended to asking them “What the f*** do you want?” Ferrari won NZ$16k (£8.6k) from her former employers after she was fired for using foul language.
