Recruiters writing job adverts banning redheads from applying could be breaking race discrimination rules.

The warning follows Daily Star reports about an advert uploaded by actors’ agency Spotlight UK casting for a girl to star in a Christmas ad for chocolatier Milka in which the agency’s ad stated that “eye colour and hair colour are not important but no red hair”.
