Reputation as great place to work enhanced with award wins

Winning two of Recruiter’s Investing in Talent Awards really strengthened the company’s reputation as a great place to work, according to Jabrien Bains, head of talent acquisition, UK, at Morgan McKinley.

Ahead of Friday’s deadline for entries in this year’s Investing in Talent Awards, Bains told Recruiter: “Showcasing these two awards has helped publicise what we can offer new talent when attracting them to our business, from training to long-term career development – not only in the UK, but globally.”

Morgan McKinley has won awards in ‘Best Banking and Financial Services’ and ‘Best Temporary Recruitment Agency’. In order to succeed in this competitive sector, Bains says companies need to demonstrate that they take employee development seriously. “To be recognised as a business that has a genuine passion for our people is integral,” she says.

Recruiters only have until Friday (12 July) to get their entries into this year’s Awards, so choose your categories and get your entries in here. And the very best of luck!
