Belfast to benefit from 80 tech jobs

A technology company is creating 80 jobs in Belfast.

The BBC reports that Futrli, which uses artificial intelligence technology to manage data for small businesses and accountancy firms, will create the software engineering and operations roles over three years. The jobs will command an average salary of £30,000 a year.

Regional development agency Invest NI has offered £440,000 towards the new roles, while Northern Ireland’s Department for the Economy will provide £406,000 for staff training.

Two US locations offer a new Scene for tech recruiter

London-based Scene, a specialist tech recruitment and growth consultancy, has announced the opening of two new US offices in New York and Los Angeles.
