It’s almost time for recruiters up and down the country to head out on their annual summer days out, but which teambuilding activity would best benefit your businesses?
UK-based laser tag company GO Laser Tag London surveyed employees to find out which team building activity they felt would genuinely benefit them in gaining and improving teambuilding skills such as enhancing employee relationships, improving employee retention, communication and the ability to work effectively as a team.
The top five choices were as follows:
- Paintball
- Problem-solving games
- Laser Tag
- Nights out/work party
- Adrenaline activities (zorbing, etc.)
