Parliament to hold recruitment fair

UK Parliament is to host a recruitment fair next month to fill a host of roles.

In a statement released yesterday, Parliament revealed it will hold the fair at Westminster Hall on Thursday 9 May, where candidates of all ages and backgrounds can learn more about careers in the House of Commons, House of Lords and Parliamentary Digital Service. 

They will also be able speak to staff about current and future job opportunities including representatives from Parliament’s Workplace Equality Network’s and its recruitment and diversity & inclusion teams.

Available roles include: visitor assistant; retail assistant; barista; chef; committee assistant; waiter/waitress; doorkeeper; education assistant; reception and facilities co-ordinator enquiry executive; bookings and marketing assistant; security officer; committee clerk; policy analyst; researchers; housekeepers; records manager; payroll officer; archives assistant; HR business partner.
