How recruitment professionals cope with the stresses of the job

Counselling sessions, wellness programmes, trips to the gym, as well as just taking time to talk are just some of the ways recruiters are tackling stress at their agencies.

Recruitment is often a high-pressure environment in which consultants face long hours and have to hit sales targets – or run the risk of being shown the door. 

As it’s National Stress Awareness month, Recruiter spoke to some of the recruitment professionals gathered at this week’s Recruiter Awards shortlist party for their top stressbusting tips.
