No-deal Brexit? Don’t treat EU candidates differently

Recruiters should not immediately treat EU candidates differently, even in the wake of a no-deal Brexit, or they could risk falling foul of discrimination rules.
The warning follows a tumultuous week in Parliament, which saw the European Union leaders agree to the UK’s departure date from the EU being pushed back by at least two weeks leaving all Brexit options open including a deal, a long extension, revoking Article 50 altogether or no deal.
