Don’t be hampered by taste – here’s the incentive your staff need

If you value your staff and want to prove it, how about a specially tailored, luxury recruiter hamper?

Taking the idea of whether you are a Marmite or a non-Marmite person to another level, a company that operates in the staff incentive market believes it has identified a number of products that will appeal to the taste buds of recruiters.

The Great British Exchange has produced specially tailored hampers for the recruitment market that include Popaball’s rose gold prosecco shimmer, The Marshmallowist Toasted Coconut Marshmallows, Charles Butler traditional fruit rock and Wild Card Brewery beers.

Other British producers providing mouth-watering goodies aimed at recruiters’ sophisticated palates, include artisan chocolatiers and coffee roasters, small batch gin distilleries and UK makers of home fragrance candles and preserves.

A spokesperson for The Great British Exchange, told Recruiter: “These products were chosen because they are quirky and fun. We felt these would be well suited to recruitment companies.”
