Man prosecuted for passing job rivals’ details on to partner

A former senior local government officer has been prosecuted for passing personal information of rival job applicants to his partner.
A statement released by the Information Commissioner’s Office this morning, reveals the case involves council worker Kevin Bunsell, who was employed by Nuneaton and Bedworth District Council in Warwickshire as head of building control and had been trained in data protection law.
