The new programme sees the budget hotel help parents by offering jobs with hours that fit around the school run, providing them with a work buddy and giving them access to management training.

The roles, available throughout the company’s hotels and head office, are across reception, restaurants and housekeeping, as well jobs offering flexible hours in the head office.

Jobs have guaranteed hours and comprehensive benefits including discount hotel stays. New colleagues will also be eligible to join the company’s Aspire management programme, which offers training in hotel management.
