Leeds recruiter provides seasonal caffeine boost

Candidates and clients of Leeds-based recruiter Craft are getting a little something extra to celebrate the holiday season this year.

The creative and digital recruitment business has launched its own coffee, in partnership with North Star Coffee Roasters, to provide as customer gifts. This latest launch follows last year’s creation of its own beer, in partnership with Northern Monk, which the company sends to each candidate it helps to land a new job.

“Celebrating creative talent, championing collaboration and growing the design industry are important to Craft, and this coffee campaign feels like a nicely balanced brew of all three,” said Craft founder Dan Crowder.  “And of course caffeine is a vital ingredient in any smooth-running creative agency at this time of year!”

With North Star, Craft worked to identify a single-origin coffee with tasting notes of milk chocolate, date and hazelnut.

Designer Ollie Langridge created the celebratory gifting format, with a folded card to sit over each coffee bag, featuring intricate festive decorations.

Crowder told Recruiter that the coffee was not for sale.
