Vargo Recruitment helps amber energy find new COO

Energy management consultancy amber energy is seeking to fill more than 30 new roles, including that of chief operating officer.

In a statement, released this morning, the group revealed it is seeking someone to ‘take ownership of the overall operational strategy of the company’ and work alongside CEO Nick Proctor. The role commands a six-figure-salary, along with bonuses and equity.

The recruitment search for the COO is being supported by Cardiff-based Vargo Recruitment.

The firm will look to fill a further 30 jobs in the next 12 months.
