Deloitte urges recruiters to put candidates in context to boost social mobility

Contextual recruitment sits alongside an array of initiatives Deloitte employs to boost social mobility across its workforce.

This is according to Emma Codd, managing partner for talent at Deloitte, who last week revealed the global professional services firm had made almost 200 offers for its student training programmes to candidates who had managed to “outperform the norm” within their educational and home environments.
