This week’s contracts and deals include: Ethos BeathChapman Australia, Quay Appointments, Sopra Steria Recruitment

• Australian search firm Ethos BeathChapman Australia has acquired 51% of Quay Appointments, a provider of staffing solutions, specialising in state and local government recruitment. This is the first acquisition for Ethos BeathChapman Australia under its new parent – Japanese staffing firm The Will Group.

• Recruitment and managed recruitment service provider Sopra Steria Recruitment has been awarded a place on the Health and Safety Executive’s (HSE) flexible workforce solutions framework.

Under the framework agreement, the firm will recruit for roles including software developer, senior data analyst, react web developer and core.net web developer.

The Health and Safety Executive is the UK’s national regulator for workplace health & safety.
