Alchemy Technology creates software roles in Derry

Northern Ireland is to be boosted to the tune of 250 new software roles.

The Derry Journal reports insurance software specialist Alchemy Technology Services is to create 256 jobs in Derry over the next three years with the first 80 of these expected to be filled over the next 12 months.

Regional development agency InvestNI has pledged £1.53m towards the project, while the Department for the Economy is providing £800k in Assured Skills funding.
