Constant demands to fill vacanices leave resourcers juggling long-term needs.

Resourcing professionals are caught between competing requirements to fill current vacancies and to focus on strategic initiatives such as developing talent pipelines – to ensure they meet the longer-term talent needs of their organisations.

This is according to the FIRM’s (Forum for In-House Recruitment Managers) second Strategic Talent Acquisition Report.
