Recruiter reinstated after winning in tribunal case

A logistics recruiter has been reinstated by his former employer following a tribunal victory in which he won almost £17k.

He took Extra Personnel Logistics to tribunal after he felt forced to resign from his role following his refusal to take a pay cut.
