Extending gender pay gap reporting could hit SME recruiters hard

Significant work lies ahead of SME recruiters if the government extends gender pay gap reporting rules to firms with more than 50 employees from the current 250.

This will go ahead if a recommendation from the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee is accepted.
