Recruiters, have dress down codes but don’t discriminate

Employment lawyers have revealed to Recruiter how agencies can develop dress codes that don’t flout discrimination rules.

This comes as MPs call on Public Health England to issue formal guidance to employers on dress codes in hot weather.
