Recruiters advised to review NDAs and mitigate harassment risks

As a new Women and Equalities Committee report calls for a clampdown on non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), recruiters have been urged to review any NDAs they have in place.
The Committee’s report, published this morning, claims government, regulators and employers are failing in their responsibilities to tackle sexual harassment in the workplace. The report follows on from a six-month inquiry.
