RecFest 2018: Employment minister challenges recruiters to create jobs of the future

The employment minister has thrown down the gauntlet to recruiters to create the flexible jobs of the future for all candidates, regardless of age.

Kicking off RecFest 2018 in London this morning, Alok Sharma MP told delegates that both older and younger generations increasingly wanted flexibility in their working lives.
