AA careers video highlights wide variety of roles at the company

British motoring association The AA and partner recruitment advertising business TMP have unveiled a new careers ad showcasing the diversity of roles at the organisation.

In a statement, released yesterday, the organisation revealed the ad had been developed following candidate feedback that showed they had underestimated the array of opportunities at the AA.

But commenting on the new ad, Craig Morgans, AA head of talent acquisition, HR shared services, learning & development, told Recruiter the video brings to life not only the variety of roles on offer at The AA but also the fun side of working there.

“Humour is so ingrained in our culture, it would have been a waste not to showcase it,” Morgans explained.

“During our initial conceptualisation sessions, we quickly ruled out traditional approaches in favour of a more creative execution, catching people by surprise and encouraging them to share the content to reach a wide-ranging audience.

“Our aim was to create intrigue and interest, laying the building blocks for further development in the future,” he added.
