US firm brings software development jobs to Northern Ireland

A US healthcare company is creating 50 software development jobs in Northern Ireland.

The BBC reports that New York-headquartered HHAeXchange, which makes software connecting organisations that provide carers with those that pay for them, is opening a software development centre in Belfast to deal with growing global demand.

Regional development agency Invest NI has offered £400,000 in support of the new roles.

London-based Scene, a specialist tech recruitment and growth consultancy, has announced the opening of two new US offices in New York and Los Angeles.
