Recruiters back government plans to improve suppliers’ diversity

Recruiters have welcomed government plans to require its biggest suppliers to publish data and action plans to improve the diversity of their workforce.

The plans were announced by the chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and minister for the Cabinet Office David Lidington in a speech at the Reform think-tank in central London yesterday.
