Using online voting, 5% of recruitment businesses in REC membership voted for their preferred candidates to fill corporate positions on the board. There was no election required for individual director positions, due to an insufficient number of candidates.

The four corporate members elected today are:

• Jessica Williams, founder, Sidekicks
• Jacqueline Hilton, managing director, Fidelis Partners
• Tim Jacob, group commercial director, The Rethink Group
• Gary Wilson, chairman, Essential Recruitment

The one individual member elected today is Louise Hewett, managing director at Hewett Recruitment.
